Why aren't you paying out?????

Is there something going on there because i am still waiting for my payout from the 7th of June. (R164.00) I have emailed back and forth numerous times sending copies of my purchase, and my bank statement. Then i was told its STILL under investigation by the financial department. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. My husband is also still waiting for his payout from last weekends lotto. Its not a lot of money, but its very concerning as this has probably happened to lots of people. Please advise
