Where are my Deposits again ???
Why cant Ithuba ever be on time and accurate in receipting deposits made through banking apps? It wastes time and annoys one when I have to enter into an audit mode to make a simple deposit into their account. Somebody making the transfers from the banking account to client profile is sleeping at the wheel ? Its a simple job and they cant get it right as this is not the first time with me and is totally unacceptable and poor service. Wake up !!!!

Thank you for your interest in the National Lottery We can confirm that all your deposits are reflected in your wallet. It must be noted that you used a normal transfer from a Capitec account into one of our banking accounts. On the proof of payment, you sent us (from Capitec), there is a very clear disclaimer that funds paid to other banks after 14:00 will only reflect the next day, and funds transferred over the weekend will only reflect on Mondays. This is not an ITHUBA challenge, but your bank's instructions. Therefore, since the payment method you are using does not allow for timeous settlement, we suggest you use the 'Capitec Pay' solution provided by your bank and that is supported on our online platform. We have thousands of players that switched to the new solution from Capitec, and they are not having the same challenges you have.
