Waiting 7 days for technician to come out

We have app**** for a new user id on the Ithuba lottery machine after spending a huge amount on phone call the technician still has not come out to configure the machine and provide us with the login details.<br> <br> Apparently the system has been offline for 2 weeks and we just need to be patience.<br> <br> I am absolutely shocks by the service, when calling the polokwane office to follow up *** the attitude is just very bad and we must wait until they phone us and stop calling them.
