Useless *******

<p>On Wednesday 30 November 2016, I cashed out R1100 from my Lotto account. I was told someone from the finance department would call me to arrange account confirmation . I don't know why as I already took my documents into the Ithuba office in Claremont about 3 months ago for a large payout. After 24 hours of no contact, I called the call centre. It seems every single consultant I speak to is more useless and helpless than the previous one. every consultant tells me a different story. I sent through my documents again yesterday to ********** after being told to do so only yesterday . I have still had no feedback 3 days later and no money into my account yet. </p>
