Useless Ithuba lottery and it useless bunch of employees Dylem, Elton, Sipho and many others!!!

<p>More than R800 I've spent, trying to resolve a R200 query. After several attempts no one has managed to help. Dylem the supervisor has promised several times to resolve this query, Elton, Sipho all of them asked me to email proof of payment and I did.... The worse thing is that, I don't even get reply at all. Can anyone help me please </p>
