Unpaid for 3 and 2x2 numbers on Mobile app.

Please help I have been noticing for a number of times now it has happened I gained. I played daily lotto yesterday and I got 3 numbers right and on the other two blocks I got 2 numbers right but upto this time I have not received any amount. This is quiet a disappointment for me I am not working I always try so hard to load my account for a better luck now when I don't get paid the little I have won its disappointing and uts not easy for me to go to the supermarket and play there as I have a little baby.
