Unallocated payments

They are one big ****! this lotto business is clearly rigged! How many draws or chances one missed out on from unallocated payment?? yes, it is a R50, but its my hard earned money! I have deposited R50 on the 29th of June and its yet to be allocated. If they arent locating the email with the proof of payment, its the actual query not being logged. If the query is logged, then the consultant didnt attach the proof of payment! I have a reference number ***, and today i was *******ed-again! Clearly, the jackpots deserve to be won by people who play via their bank accounts!! This is one big *****! If you want us to donate, then ask nicely and not take our monies, **********ly. If you cant allocate, then refund me my money!
