Unable to receive OTP on time
The website has been updated, and it's challenging to change your password since November 25, 2025. There has been a delay in receiving my OTP. I noticed that after the website changed, I was prompted to update my password to enhance my account security, which I wanted to do. However, when I entered my phone number and email address to receive an OTP, there was a delay, and I only received it after the time expired. I had to resend the OTP, and again, I received it just after it expired.
