Unable to claim Ithuba winnings

I played the lotto using the Ithuba app. I won R298 and thought I'd test at the integrity of Ithuba by withdrawing my winnings before playing again. I'd been warned by numerous people and read bad reports on Hello Peter that there are issues with Ithuba and all is not what it should be. I've been trying to claim my winnings but get a message to the effect that my bank account can not be confirmed...amazing how there wasn't an issue when Ithuba took my money.... bunch of charlatans!
