Thieving Ithuba Again
Once again I am being ********** by this company. Suddenly, after having an online account for years, I am unable to play or get a refund of the money in my account with them. Now they want all manner of proof that I am who I say I am. So I upload the info they want, but the PDF size of my ID document Is too large for them to upload! And guess what. I am now unable to change to my driver's licence . I have repeatedly tried to call their helpline but it is never in service. Totally useless. I want my money back.
