They are *****ing for the poor

I made a transfer to my wallet on the 26 Feb 2021, immediate payment -which means it should reflect immediately, that did not happen and I sent an email on the 3rd march 21 with the proof of payment, got auto reply with Ref: [#070616] to say I should send proof of payment, I sent it again, was informed of 72hrs turn around time, nothing happened. I sent follow up email, no one responded, I called after a week of sending email, lady told me she will follow up and will Cc me on the email- I never received any email. All emails I sent recently, I dnt even get the auto reply anymore. It might not be a lot of money, but I want it back, I could have played a lot of games with it
