THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!

I made a direct deposit into my Wallet on the 1st April using my Capitec card, until now no funds appear on my wallet. I made several calls and sent a string of emails to no avail. The incompetence of the call centre Agents is beyond me. Nobody cares, they don't keep to their promises. I asked to speak to a team Leader and I was told to live my contact details for her (Bridget Mthombeni) to call me back, STILL WAITING.
