Terrible customer service
Very terrible customer service, i have since requested them to change my mobile number since i lost the sim card and can't log in anymore, this is what happens if you were to win a lot of money online they lag on purpose, i don't know if they want me to give up on the account or what, i didn't think a business as trusted as National lottery could have a ********** behaviour, However if changes are made i will alert you all, but at the moment i am Disappointed.
