Stressed out by ithuba games

I keep getting emails from ithuba games saying i have a balance in my wallet i need to withdraw. When i request to login the password reset code never comes ..then i emailed them they told me they will assist to recover it for me that was june. Then i called them asking a consultant to assist me and she told me that everyone received those emails even people without a balance in their wallet i should ignore the email. It did not settle well with me got very disappointed .. i kept trying on my own to recover password nothing co es even if i use my cellphone number.

Today again i receive an email from ithuba games saying i only have up to 31 august to get the funds out of my wallet. How possible is it that out of no where ithuba games will have my correct email sending me repeatedly email of me having a possitive balance to withdraw that i cant have access to the account and consultant to tell me to forget about it its just random emails sent to everyone..so does this mean the whole country is receiving such.. what a joke! Can someone assist me urgently so i can veiw this wallet balance for my self. Ithuba games.co.za link is ridiculously unhelpful if it works at all.
