Shocking service from a company that is not being held accountable!

I deposited money into my virtual wallet on the app. Logged a query with them and received a reference number, and 2 weeks later, NOTHING! Phone the player toll free line, and received absolutely no assistance. This company is just robbing clients. Won't use this app again and I highly recommend that people using the app for the first time, should be warned to stay away or be ******!
