Shocking poor IT Support and Service Ithuba

Continually kicks me out of my log in - the process or design of the reset password is shockingly poor, having advised them what to do they just spin you in circles back to the call center and process starts all over again - and they wonder why everyone is dropping Ithuba for other global players . Just poor and pitiful support with no interest at all in any customer service- good luck as you'll need it in losing a critical money channel on your website ...
