Shocking Lack of Service

<p>What is happening at Ithuba. My questions -<br />a) I "won" R 56.80 per an email on 5/4/2017, no credit reflected on my account with you yet.<br />b) The balance you show on my account is incorrect and it appears one play was not submitted, however it was confirmed as submitted.<br />c) There is no way I can check the quick pic numbers on your website.<br />d) I have been holding on for 10 minutes on your cust care with nobody to speak to.</p> <p>Please advise, and how do i know that plays i make with you are safe, honest and actually put in the draw with the mess above???????</p> <p>Also it is impossible to send you an email as the sending is effectively blocked by your Captcha thingy?????</p>
