SA lotto Instant money number & PIN

Good morning. On the 12/7/2920 I requested a withdrawal of R4900 from my Lotto ewallet. From the 12/7/2020 up until now I’m still waiting for the instant money number as well as my PIN. I’ve called numerous times & even liaised with them via twitter. All I was told was that my case was escalated to finance department. I don’t know many 72hrs should pass before one gets assistance. My case with ref: 522/515112 was reassigned several times but still NO SOLUTION. I’ve now been given a new one: *** & 72hrs has long passed. I’ve been patient with everyone that I liaised with, whether at customer care lever / twitter account but I’m not getting any joy. Last week one of their agents advised me to call Standard Bank for my instant money number & PIN, poor me called but Standard bank but the bank had not received money from Ithuba lottery. What does one needs to do in order to be assisted? It’s now the 3rd of August by but no instant money number & PIN are forthcoming.

Today is the 6th & I’m still waiting for the call call you promised. In 6 days time it will be exactly a month since I’ve been waiting for the instant money number & PIN so that can get my R4900. I’m even scared to withdraw money that is left in my ewallet because of this nightmare. 72 hrs has turned into weeks & all one gets is promises & no action.

Good Morning guys. My old matter was solved & I eventually received the sms with PIN on the 11/8/2020. However I’ve got a new matter regarding the same issue...

On the 25/8/2020 I requested R2500 withdrawal & up until now I haven’t received instant money numbers & PIN. I called your offices this morning & spoke to Pertunia who advised that she will put my details on the spreadsheet & then escalate. I insisted on getting a case number but she said they no longer provide case numbers(I don’t know how truthful is that) & advised me to email my proof of residence & ID copy to *** ????. I liked her honesty though when she said: “I don’t know when you will get the sms sir”. Hopefully this time around I won’t wait the entire month before I get the sms. I hope to hear from you soon.

Regards
Kabelo
