Rodney M you disappointed us by protecting Ithuba.

I just want to express my greatest disappointed . After month of month trying to prove allegations by RodneyM we did manage to get a a court order that was issued to him accompanied by a Motion of Notice .

In order for us to expose a possible non compliance by Ithuba guess what the very same Rodney M refuse to talk to us . We got his numbers from the court order togetger with email. We tried together with @AdvoBarryRoux from twitter to atleast try to get him and hear his side of the story and guess what we failed . He openly refused .

This is so disappointing especially looking at that when we previously reported this incident based on his reviews with Public protecter, the public Protecter closed the case on base that she can only entertain it if the person can be found and prove it . Now we have found his contact details but he is strongly refusing not even giving us a chance to just explain why this is important to us and the country.

I can assure that South Africa will never be better when we still have people who do not want to lay big corporate like Ithuba accountable . We will remain a country with *******ion and no development . We will keep trying him but this is a serous set back for us and we are so disappointed in him and his actions because all these is useless without him .
