RNG Biased

It has just come to my attention that no one won the bigger jackpot from Ithuba online performs for over a year and before and it seeems like indeed it is true that all big jackpots goes to banking apps and store tickets . It seems like the so called RNG is biased or maybe the Ithuba app and website are just unlucky as they say this is a game of luck.
