<p>Since Ithuba took over the lottery it is 100% rigged. Payouts are terrible. Also at the Emmerentia Checkers they always have the same story. When there is a large jackpot they "are unable to process tickets and can ONLY give quick picks"! Total lies. When the people buy the quick picks they all have the same numbers. Stop wasting your time on lotto people. It is totally rigged</p> <p> </p>
