Poor website and payment method
<p>I have a gripe with the Ithuba National Lottery website. It used to be much easier and less time consuming to play lotto online when it was still run by Gidani. Now, it is a mission requiring patience and advanced planning just to deposit money into one's online account for purchasing lottery tickets. I bank with Standard Bank. It takes days for the internet transfer to reflect. It is easier to get in my car and go to the shop for a lotto ticket. The problem with buying physical tickets is that one must then once again battle with Ithuba's archaic website, in order to establish whether said ticket has won any money. Please fix the website. If that is too much trouble for your IT department (assuming you have one!), then just copy the very efficient and reliable website from your predecessor. </p>
