Poor services from Ithuba National Lottery
I have been trying to withdraw my Lotto winning for close to three weeks now and the funds just keep being reversed into the app. Have made contact with the Ithuba call centre and getting an automated responses all the time. Depositing money into their account is so immediate and they are so quick to approve it, but withdrawal is something else. Three full weeks of doing the same transactions and still nothing, while all the documents have been verified and approved.
Just how does one resolve this because being told again to complete the withdrawal and wait another 72hrs will drive me crazy.

20 Aug 2021, 16:11Have spoken to over three consultants now and all of them told me the same thing on different days. Complete the transaction/withdrawal and will approve it, only for it to be returned to the app two days later. Come on now.
