Poor service support

Trying to withdraw money out of your wallet is a nightmare. I play on line and trying to withdraw my measly R200 proves fruitless. Can't do ATM withdrawal cos site is being upgraded. Can't put it into your band account - no selection to choose from. Open a new banking profile - site can't be reached. Email documents to be told you have to do it online. Seriously disgusting service
