POOR SERVICE

You service is poor every time when i pay the money on my Lotto account App i have to sent and email for the money to be allocated .I paid the money to the account on the 12th still not reflecting and it was and instant payment now when i try to login your app is not working .I dont see myself recommending anyone to use you app is better to bet on the retail store than your app
