POOR SERVICE AT ITHUBA LOTTERY

I requested an ATM withdrawal of R300 on 30 June from my Wally at Ithuba. Today is the 3rd of July and I'm still waiting for my money. I phone everyday but call centre staff say it is not their quiry and they are not allowed to give me contact telephone numbers for the finance department... This is poor service from Ithuba, and I wish someone could do something about it, but I doubt if there is anyone who can inside that institution.
