Poor Poor Customer Service

I left a review about a week ago about how it looks like the winnings are just made up numbers and also how the games on the website play a certain sequence, making sure you don't win but play.

I have also called in a few times about my account being verified, documents sent and everything but no update or communication on the verification so why then we're my personal documents taken in if they will not be if any use and also you cannot take out the money you put in if the account is not verified which is very ***** because no verification is needed to upload the wallet.

I have been told someone would be in contact with me yet no one has so this wad just a way to get rid of me on this platform.

Well I have still not been assisted as promised and it's really annoying.
