Pathetic verification process and unnecessary repeating messages
Verification in progress for more than a week. WHY can't one play as always in the meanwhile? Also, the "security " is annoying as not even the banks display the same message everything. Tickets should NOT BE DELETED from favorites unless one chooses to do so. YOU ARE LOSING MONEY to lottoland and other gaming's. Pathetic service
