PATHETIC SERVICE
Did a top up on my wallet with R400 on the 2nd of May 2020...to date my funds still not reflecting. Have sent proof of payment to *** no response whatsoever. The call centre is just plain useless. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Please be advised that if you make an instant payment EFT, card payment or direct deposit from any other bank to one of our bank accounts, the normal banking rules will apply, which means funds can take up to 48 working hours to reflect.
