Pathetic Ithuba (National Lottery Operator)

Ithuba is a disgrace, I won R2150 on the lotto and I've been unable to collect my winnings, I've been to Spar, Pick&Pay and Checkers all say they cannot assist yet they sell the tickets. I then called Ithuba who had the nerve to tell me not to be in a rush I have 365 days to collect my winnings. They then sent me to my nearest post office to "collect" my winnings and its also on their website advising players to collect winnings above R2000 at the post office btw. I get to the post office only to be informed by them that Ithuba had removed their lotto machines from the SA postal service. I wonder if their staff even know that they wasting the public's time and money sending them on a merry go round. By now I have wasted more money trying to collect my winnings than I've won what a disgrace!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!! Quick to take your money, but no interest to pay you out... public please take notice of this
