Bureaucracy gone wrong. In order to be able to buy Ithuba lottery tickets on line, you now have to send them proof of your ID and proof of address. Their systems don't work. Call centre is a ******** mess. They promise to send an email with instructions. That never happens. These people should not be trusted with millions of rands of our money. I just wont be buying lotto tickets in a hurry.
