Non Operational Ithuba Lottery

Since Thursday 31st October, a variety of on-line lottery purchase options are not operational. It has taken them all this time to fail to restore the service. I cannot believe that this IT problem could take so long to repair. And their call center has no idea when it will be repaired. Just another poor response from Ithuba. So if you have money in your wallet, you cannot use it.
