hi there always seems to be problems with payouts from outlets , i feel the national lottery shouldn't put their machines and scratch cards where you are not able to collect or redeem your winnings.. bought a few scratch cards at lucky 7 in bramley , seems like these people are trained to take your money and if you win , big or small \sorry we dont do payouts here please go to post office"is this all a ploy in anticipation to get you either so frustrated that you dont bother to claim or maybe even hope that you run around long enough with the winning ticket that you eventuallly lose it....Stop exploiting people if some one isn't ale to collect winnings in an area where he purchases the tickets then dont put a machine there.
