National lottery Commission is not regulating Ithuba lottery instead it protecting it and leaving players. stranded. With tickets bought before 01 June this,year , their new machine cannot scan and check them while tickets are valid for 12 months. Can"t we have an Ombudsman for National lottery .in SA like other countries.?
