On 16th January I played Powerball through the Nedbank internet banking app (Powerball plus when comparing my numbers to the results that same night, I had 4 matching numbers (3+bonus).

Please note that for any verified winnings below R249,999, payments are processed automatically. If your ticket was a winning one, the funds would have been paid into your account on the Monday following the draw.
If, after using the ticket checker, your numbers do reflect a winning result and you still have not received payment, we can certainly investigate further from our side. Alternatively, you may also need to contact your bank — in this case Nedbank — to check whether there were any delays or issues in processing the transaction on their end.
