MONEY MISSING AND POOR SERVICE FOR MONTHS

Hi there,

I just wanted to say I've had a really difficult time contacting your offices and getting any help online with anything.

1. I have accumulated winnings but your withdraw atm function does not work. I took out a small amount to test it (R 150. 00) and its been days regarding the fact I havent even received the sms you are supposed to send me to go to standard bank to withdraw my winnings. So right now i feel like my money has been taken to limbo and its disappeared. What do we do here???

2. I have provided my banking documents, ID, banking etc. But they havent been approved for months. All information is up to date. So I removed it and inserted the latest credentials from my bank but still you wont approve my account so i cant do a bank transfer which would be easiest.

Im really struggling to get service or any help here. Plesse can someone assist me as this is very frustrating. When you win lotto winnings youre excited and should be able to withdraw your funds at your own discretion.

Pleae assist me so we can solve the issues here.
