Money making scheme

The current national lottery is a money making scheme for the operator ***ners). The payouts from division two downwards are lowered considerably as compared to the previous operators. Example, you hardly ever get a payout of R100000.00 on the main national lottery division two results payout. Even the lotto plus 1 and lotto plus 2 is the same issue when you check from division 2 downwards payout.
