Money disappeared

<p>I have deposited R200 in total into the Ithuba National Lottery. To date I am still waiting for them to activate my account. I have sent numerous emails, but have had no reply from them. When phoning their help line they promise to resolve the problem but to date nothing has happened. If they have done this to me, how many other people's money has been taken by them and not activated. Does this not amount to theft or *****? </p>
