Made online payment 6 days ago and not updated yet

Registered for Itubha lottery to play online, deposited R150 on 10/03/2016. It is already 16/032016 (6 days)and the deposit is not reflecting yet. I have spoken to the call centre more that once, sent emails to the email address stated [Email Removed] and also followed your link on your website and sent a message through the website portal. <br> After all this effort from my side i have yet to receive feedback from Itubha. 0 Feedback.The customer care agent only said they had troubles with the system and it will be paid in tonight (Monday 14/03/2016) She put the phone down without giving a reference number. There is absolutely no customer service with this organisation whatsoever.
