Lotto Ithuba not functioning!

What's going on with Ithuba Lottery? I'm unable to access my account, despite having changed my password as requested. I tried to call support and no one answered even though I waited an age for a reaction. Changing the web-site to improve security has been a disaster and raises questions, especially if you have credits in your wallet. How do I access my credits? How do I get a response from someone? I tried a certain chat linked to the above lotto and they wanted me to pay R65 before my query was escalated to a technician. This raises more questions!
