Lotto EFT just lost
I paid Ithuba direct via EFT using their Capitec listed business account using my cell number (account number) as reference as per instructions and my money has not been Allocated after more than a month.
After several emails nothing has changed. Even sending them POP is not good enough clearly showing all they require to follow up.
Last email was to just wait. Well, I have waited a month now and nothing changed
