Lotto Change

Played Lotto at Spar in Uvongo 30/05/2015 and when I wanted to cash in on Sunday the lady told me that the Lotto was offline. I went back everyday and on Wednesday only the one lady at Manaba Spar said that the machines changed and I need to go to the Post Office. I went there yesterday and they said they cant cash the tickets and I have to phone the toll free number, also a waste of my time. I want to know when and where I can cash in??To me its a lot of money
