LOTTERY MACHINES OFF LINE - ITHUBA LOTTERY

Tried to play powerball tonight all lotto machines in the Queensburgh offline. This is pathetic the powerball should be cancelled if the machines are off line. I play twice a week with the same 2 cards and I would like to know if Ithuba Lottery will honour my tickets if my numbers win and I dont have a ticket due to their machines being offline. Since they have taken over the lottery the machines have been more off line then on line
