LATEST ITHUBA ANDROID APP UPDATE IS DYSFUNCTIONAL.
LATEST ANDROID APP UPDATE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. :- Since the latest update from the new runners of Ithuba, their android app is dysfunctional (Google same for AI results). Worse still Ithuba are not responding to written and phoned in queries and at one stage told me the problem must be my devise. As I and many others are not able to play their Eaziwin, they must also be losing a lot of money, but don't care. Just three problems I experience are 1. Not able to play Eaziwin unless I follow their message that I have to rotate my phone? 2. To check historic results after putting in a range of dates, the dates are greyed out. 3. Checking of outstanding or pending tickets does not work. It should be noted that these 3 incidents do work on their desktop app.

- EAZiWIN screen rotation:
The new EAZiWIN games are intentionally designed to deliver a full visual gaming experience, which requires the device to be viewed in landscape mode. This ensures optimal gameplay and performance. - Historic results date selection:
This is not a system error or design flaw. Historical results from 24 September 2025 onwards are accessible through the date-selection tool. Results prior to this period can be viewed via a separate tab at the bottom of the page, which provides access to previous months and years’ results. - Outstanding or pending tickets:
At this stage, we have been unable to replicate an issue affecting the visibility of outstanding or pending tickets. However, this feedback has been logged, and our technical team will continue to monitor and investigate should further information become available.
To ensure you are running the latest and most stable version of the app, we recommend the following:
- Completely uninstall the National Lottery app from your Android device.
- Visit the official National Lottery website and download the latest APK file.
- Reinstall the app using the downloaded APK.
- Upon reinstalling, you will be prompted to update your password before logging in.
We apologise for any delays you may have experienced when contacting us and reaffirm our commitment to improving platform performance and the overall player experience.
