Ithuba's new app causing problems
The Ithuba app is requesting documentation from me but when I upload the documents the system says I have already loaded the documents. That's because I did upload my FICA documents on the previous app. This problem arose when I switched to the new app which launched recently and now I have to go to the store to play my favourite games and I have to wait in long queues at times which is very annoying and time consuming.
