Ithuba was not ready nationally on 1 June

The Ithuba machine in the Howard Centre Post Office is not working. The Ithuba machine in PnP Pinelands is also not working and it would appear that the staff have been given no training. As far as I have been able to ascertain, the store has not been given a training manual. This despite the machine having been in the store for the past 4 weeks.<br> <br> The Gidani machine in the Central Square Spar has yet to be replaced by Ithuba..<br> <br> The FAQ section on [URL Removed] in no way reflects the reality of the situation, namely that Ithuba was not ready to start operating on a national level wef 1 June 2015.<br> <br> To make matters worse, I cannot get through to the Head Office number in Johannesburg as it is constantly engaged, and the web site gives no phone number for any of Ithuba's regional offices, only email addresses.<br> <br> To quote from your very first FAQ: \1.
