Ithuba *****ing Our Money

I tried the wallet top-up for the first time over the weekend (16th February) to see how well it works.

Then mailed my POP to ********** I have since received the auto-reply on both occasions stating it will reflect after 72 hours.

It's Wednesday today, I hate to be even sending this because of R15.00. It is disconcerting had I added a larger amount.

After several emails to Ithuba and the local office of Ithuba in Claremont, no one has even made an attempt to contact me to remedy this situation.

It's alarming that something like this just falls through the cracks!!!
