Ithuba's systematic *****

On the 23rd of this month I made a deposit of R260 into my online account with Ithuba with the aim of playing the lottery.The money never reflected and when I called in the gave me excuses ranging from problems with their system to a turn around time of 2days..I even sent in a proof of payment but still no money was credited to me...The sad part is that every single consultant you speak to does the same thing,tells you to stay on the line and for upward of 30mins you listen to that eerie funeral music from their line.I have transfered monies in the past to this account the same way as this time,hence I believe this is a systematic attempt by them to fleece people off their monies..how can all their consultants be saying and doing the very same things each time you call to complain?
