Ithuba running a ****

Ithuba online is a ****. I topped up my account with a R100 on the 22 Dec 2021 and up to today my funds has not been allocated to my account. The consultants are asking me for different proof and I sent all the required info and they still failed to give me my money. The supervisor seems to be clueless of what should happen for the funds to be allocated. How can one quei takes a month to be resolved?? I think the plan is for me to give up and loose my hard earned cash.
