Ithuba not paying back deposited money that did not reflect to my account

I deposited R400 using the Ithuba National Lottery wallet on 06 March 2019. The money never showed on my account. I phoned Ithuba several times and was promised that if i sent them deposit details to deposits@Ithubalottery my money will be paid baxk to my wallet. Since 2019 i have been struggling to get my money back. Ithubs had decided to ignore my emails and my online enquiry using their online system. Its 2020 September now and my money has not been paid back to me. Dome consultants choose to just cut me off when i call them. Some do answer but no firther action od taken once i email tbe proof of payment form my bank.
